Orders & Shipping Information
You can place orders on our website at any time.
Each OIZER jewelry piece is made to order, with production taking between 14-21 business days.
If you select in-store pickup, we will notify you once your jewelry is ready for collection.
For orders with delivery, shipping will take an additional 3-5 business days after production.
Orders placed during holidays or busy periods may take longer than usual. If there are any expected delays, a representative will contact you shortly after your order is placed.
OIZER reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, particularly if the site terms are violated or for any other reason at the company's discretion.

Shipping Within Israel
The price displayed on the website is for in-store pickup only. Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout, and these may change periodically.
Jewelry chosen for delivery is insured until it leaves our store. After that, the customer assumes responsibility for the delivery.
Jewelry is shipped via our courier service.
The order will be sent to the address provided during checkout, and updates or delivery coordination will be sent to the phone number and email address provided at the time of order.
We also offer delivery to a third party (gift). If you would like your item to be delivered as a gift, please make a note of this when placing your order.
If your order is urgent or needs to be delivered by a specific date, we recommend contacting us before placing the order to confirm shipping times and availability.
We will do our best to ensure delivery reaches you by the agreed-upon date if this is discussed prior to order completion.
Please note that during holidays, shipping times may be longer.
Repairs, Exchanges & Returns
Repairs via shipping incur an additional charge of 60 NIS.
Exchanges and returns via shipping also incur an additional charge of 60 NIS.
