Every piece of jewelry is custom-made, with production time ranging from 14 to 21 business days.

For studio pick-up:
You will be notified once your item is ready for pick-up.

For shipping:
The delivery time will take an additional 3-5 business days.

During busy periods, orders may be delayed. In such cases, we will contact you.

Warranty 
The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase. It does not cover scratches caused by normal wear and tear (such as a bent ring or broken chain), tarnishing of the metal, improper use, or any modifications made to the product by a third party.

Please contact us, and we will guide you on how to return the product to us if necessary.

Repairs & Size Adjustments

Repairs can only be made for jewelry purchased directly from the brand.

- Some pieces cannot be resized, such as those set with stones or rigid bracelets that cannot be extended.

- Ring resizing (up to 2 sizes) is possible within one month from the purchase date, free of charge.

- Larger resizing or adjustments made after one month from delivery will incur an additional fee.

- Necklaces and bracelets can be adjusted free of charge within one month from the purchase date. 

Defective Items

We are committed to providing high-quality jewelry. If you receive a defective item, please contact us for a repair or exchange under warranty.
