Exchanges & Returns Policy
Size Exchange
The first size exchange for silver rings without stones is free of charge.
For gold rings, gold-plated rings, and rings with stones, size adjustments are subject to a fee, depending on the piece.
Size exchanges are done at our studio in Kfar Monash. We adjust the size of your existing ring.
If you wish to exchange the size via shipping, we work with a delivery service that provides insurance for shipments, and you can use this service for an additional 60 NIS.
Once payment is made, a courier will contact you to collect the item from the selected address, bring it to our studio for resizing, and return it to you. Please note that this process may take longer than usual due to the shipping time involved.
We are not responsible for any shipping methods not handled through our service.
If you wish to send the item for resizing, please pack the jewelry in its original packaging or another secure, padded package and include a note with the following details:

Refunds
You may receive a refund for an item purchased for any reason within 2 business days of receiving the delivery.
The item must be in the same condition as when it was purchased: unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or order number.

Refunds are processed at our studio in Kfar Monash. If you wish to send the item back, the return must be made within 2 business days of receiving the delivery, and the shipping cost will be at your expense (30 NIS).
Refunds will be issued via bank transfer and will be subject to a 5% processing fee.
If you paid for shipping, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
If you wish to receive a refund for an item before it has been delivered to you (or before pickup), the refund will be subject to a shipping fee deduction, if applicable, plus a 5% payment processing fee.
If you receive a defective item and wish to return it for a refund, you will receive a full refund, including shipping costs.
A defective item includes:
- An item that arrived torn
- An item that arrived broken
Note: Tarnishing of the metal is not considered a defective item.
